Interior Renovations
Complex interior renovations require the correct planning and execution to meet tight deadlines. W.J. Quinn has completed numerous renovations of banks, schools, factories, and housing. In 2020 we completed interior renovations of over 500 apartment buildings in Springfield, Massachusetts. We collaborate with our clients to accomplish all of this while keeping your business functional and open.

We have completed numerous commercial construction additions throughout Western Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Specialty / Maintenance
Industrial maintenance and upkeep is a niche construction area we have specialized in for decades. Clients such as Smith and Wesson and Lenox American Saw, trust in our firm to deliver construction solutions and systems for all their facility maintenance needs.
Pre-Engineered Buildings
Pre-engineered buildings are a cost effective way to maximize space and function while also reducing costs and construction time lines. We have built and managed the construction of many Butler buildings and pre-engineered buildings throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
